Fixed-Term contract till end of January 2028 GSK is transforming its Supply Chain to align with best-in-class performance. To achieve this, the organisation will be required to deliver an integrated end to end Supply Chain, aligned to the business objectives. Future Ready Planning will deliver the next generation planning model; giving seamless end-to-end accountability that provides best in class service to our customers at an optimal cost. This includes a new organisational structure to streamline the current fragmented Supply Chain and support capability build. This will ensure accountabilities and decision-making are clear and Planning delivers the business outcomes required by the Pharma business. The new Pharma Planning Operating Model defines a new organisational structure, roles and processes to support these changes Key Responsibilities: Develop optimal, achievable supply plans for allocated SKUs over the full planning horizon, aligned to specific manufacturing resources and constrained by demand, capacity and material availability. Manage the order book to point of sale, monitoring global system alerts, liaising with stakeholders, and recommending actions to resolve supply issues with minimal customer impact. Own and maintain planning master data settings for all fields under supply planning accountability. For internal sites, perform capacity levelling for weeks 6–24 and lead the handover of the agreed Supply Plan to the Site Scheduling team. For internal sites, coordinate data preparation for capacity reviews and lead site capacity and pre-SRM meetings feeding CCC forums (SRM/SCRM). Work with the E2E Planning Lead on product rationing and allocations when supply–demand imbalance cannot be fully resolved. Interface with site, regional and global leaders (e.g. Logistics, Value Stream, Engineering, Regional Managers, Global Leads) to gather intelligence and support supply plan prioritisation. Support Life Cycle Management for launches, transfers, divestments and discontinuations, controlling launch dates and clearance of discontinued stock to minimise scrap. Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving within the planning scope, including maintaining Fixed Repeated Schedules for internal sites. Assess supply planning performance and inventory trends for the SKU subset, investigate root causes of KPI deviations, and execute or support E2E inventory optimisation actions in line with segmentation principles. In rare occasion to interact with quality team, engineering team and other functions in sites to ensure continuous alignment of capacity feasibility relative to the global needs. Why You? Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Logistics). Practical Supply Planning experience required, preferably in Pharmaceuticals or FMCG environment including interaction with sites, regional commercial operations. Knowledge of SC processes and systems in a business environment. Advanced analytical skills required. Inventory management experience. SAP APO, SAP ECC or OMP; Power BI experience. Foreign language; Advanced English as mandatory, Advanced French as mandatory. Strong organisational, problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work well within a team environment and to work in a matrix organization. In depth understanding of risk management within the supply chain. Why GSK?
