Compliance Digital Platform Development and OperationsLead requirements gathering, workflow digitalization, system configuration, and continuous enhancement of the compliance digital management platform. Digitize and systematize compliance reviews, process controls, record management, and risk documentation to ensure comprehensive compliance governance. Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of compliance systems, process optimization, and compliance data repositories, improving overall efficiency, transparency, and traceability of compliance management. 2. AI Compliance Program Implementation and Intelligent Risk Control EnhancementPartner with the IT team to implement AI-driven compliance and risk management initiatives in alignment with the company's digital and intelligent transformation strategy: 2.1 Compliance Use Case Assessment and AI Requirement DefinitionIdentify compliance scenarios suitable for AI-enabled risk management and define business requirements, including: Content and document screening Meeting sample audits Intelligent pre-review of expenses High-risk content detection Abnormal behavior monitoring and screening 2.2 AI Compliance Solution DeploymentSupport the business-side implementation, testing, and pilot operation of AI compliance tools, intelligent review models, and AI-enabled large-scale audit capabilities. 2.3 Intelligent Risk Control OptimizationContinuously refine compliance risk management rules and screening criteria based on AI-generated outputs. Drive the evolution from manual compliance oversight to AI-assisted compliance management. 2.4 Knowledge Development and Capability BuildingDevelop AI compliance implementation case studies, user guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Promote organizational capability building and best practices in intelligent compliance management. 3. Daily Compliance Support and Risk ManagementConduct proactive compliance reviews, provide day-to-day compliance consultation, and identify risks within business scenarios. Perform routine compliance self-inspections, targeted audits, and remediation follow-up activities. Ensure effective risk closure and reduce commercialization-related compliance risks. Qualifications1. EducationBachelor's degree or above. Major in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields preferred. 2. Professional ExperienceMinimum 3 years of compliance experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or professional services firms. Familiarity with end-to-end compliance control frameworks within pharmaceutical companies. 3. Digitalization ExpertiseHands-on experience in building compliance digital platforms and implementing workflow digitalization initiatives. Ability to independently define business requirements, design process solutions, and recommend system enhancements. 4. AI and Intelligent Risk Management ExperienceExperience implementing projects related to AI compliance, intelligent risk management, or digital auditing is preferred. Understanding of AI applications in compliance screening, content review, and risk identification. 5. Compliance KnowledgeStrong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry anti-bribery and anti-corruption (ABAC) requirements, marketing compliance, third-party governance, and expense compliance controls. 6. Cross-Functional CollaborationExcellent process design and optimization skills. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities. Ability to work effectively with IT and data teams to deliver digital and AI-driven compliance projects. 7. Personal AttributesDetail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized. Strong logical thinking and systems-oriented mindset. Skilled in translating policies and procedures into scalable processes supported by systems and digital tools.
