Work Flexibility: Remote or Hybrid or Onsite The intern, placed within the relevant division and supported by the assigned tutor, will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in project coordination, data analysis, and operational support through the following activities: Provide support in preparing, maintaining, and analyzing spreadsheets and reports to monitor project performance and interpret data trends Provide support in project coordination activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, recording meeting minutes, and tracking action items Assist in monitoring project progress, collecting and extracting data, conducting research, and preparing reports to support business initiatives Support the analysis and optimization of operational processes by creating and reviewing process workflows to improve efficiency across cross-functional teams Provide support in maintaining project documentation, records, and internal files Assist in drafting internal correspondence and preparing presentations or other project-related materials Perform general administrative and operational tasks in support of the team and ongoing projects At Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.
