Job description

We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and partnering with leaders across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with manufacturing operations, R&D and commercial while providing actionable financial insights that influence business outcomes. Our office is based in Breda, and we have a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports that provide actionable business insights. Lead monthly close activities, including variance analysis and performance commentary. Analyse and report Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of financial data and reporting. Support the commission process for the global distribution network. Forecasting, Planning & Business Partnership Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes. Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and key performance indicators. Partner with the R&D organization on financial modeling for new product introductions. Serve as a trusted finance business partner to manufacturing operations, providing insights that support operational decisions and investment prioritization. Establish, track, and analyze financial and operational KPIs, recommending corrective actions where appropriate. Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with business leaders to translate financial data into strategic recommendations. Use financial insights to drive actions that improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support evolving business needs and executive decision-making. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information for non-financial stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across geographically dispersed and cross-functional teams.
