Job Description As a Field & Desk Auto Adjuster, you will be responsible for writing virtual estimates in a fast-paced, high-production environment as part of our NEST team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to leverage your estimating expertise from home and in the field. Based on field territory volume, you will also have the opportunity to inspect vehicle damages in person, providing a balanced mix of desk and field adjusting responsibilities. Success in this role requires strong estimating skills, excellent time management, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience. New & Exciting Opportunity! We're seeking an experienced Auto Adjuster to join our team in a hybrid role that offers the best of both worlds, with 60% virtual desk adjusting from home and 40% field auto adjusting. This position provides flexibility, growth opportunities, and the chance to be part of a supportive and collaborative team. The ideal candidate resides in the Spokane, WA area or Coeur d'Alene, ID territory and possesses strong negotiation, time management, and customer service skills, along with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as a team player. Experience with auto insurance estimating, including both desk and field appraisals, is required, along with proficiency in the CCC One estimating platform. While adjuster licensing is preferred, it is not required; candidates must be willing to obtain the appropriate license during training if not currently licensed. Key Responsibilities• Applies thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices • Builds established relationships with both internal and external customers • Exhibits proficient estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses • Processes a deep understanding of the content of all policy types written by the company • Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the file within escalated authority limits Supervisory Responsibilities• This job does not have supervisory duties. #LI-AS2 Skills Auto Collision Repair, Auto Damage Appraisal, Automobile Accidents, CCC ONE, Damage Assessment, Flexibility, Negotiation, Time Management Compensation Base compensation offered for this role is: Field Adjuster Cons I: $26.49 – $37.50/hour Field Adjuster Cons II: $28.03 – 39.42/hour Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role may include additional components, such as incentive pay (for example, commission or bonus), if applicable.
