Finance ERP Programme Manager (Contractor) Lead enterprise transformation. Influence strategy. Deliver meaningful outcomes. Are you an accomplished Programme Manager with a track record of leading complex ERP transformation programmes? At Version 1, you'll have the opportunity to deliver some of the most significant enterprise transformation programmes in the market, working across Oracle ERP, HCM and EPM solutions for leading public and private sector organisations. We're also keen to hear from Programme Managers who have successfully delivered large-scale transformations involving other Tier 1 ERP platforms, including SAP, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, Unit4 or similar enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities You will: Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale ERP, Finance, HR and Enterprise Performance Management transformation programmes Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and act as the primary client contact Define programme scope, objectives, success measures and business outcomes Develop and execute robust delivery plans aligned to Version 1's MAXIMISE methodology Lead, coach and inspire programme and project teams to deliver exceptional results Establish effective governance, reporting and stakeholder management frameworks Manage programme risks, dependencies, issues and change control activities Ensure delivery against budget, margin and commercial objectives Coordinate internal teams, client stakeholders and third-party suppliers Support business development, pre-sales activities and programme shaping initiatives What We're Looking For You will have: Proven experience delivering complex enterprise application or ERP transformation programmes Strong experience across Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, Unit4 or other Tier 1 ERP platforms Expertise in programme management methodologies such as MSP, PRINCE2 or equivalent Experience leading fixed-price consulting engagements and managing commercial outcomes Strong governance, financial management, planning and delivery controls capability Outstanding stakeholder management skills, including engagement at Executive, C-Suite and Programme Board level A track record of successfully leading large, multidisciplinary delivery teams across complex transformation environments Preferred Experience You will have: Experience delivering Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP S/4HANA, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Infor CloudSuite or Unit4 ERP programmes would be highly advantageous.
