Marvell · 4 Locations
Job description
About Marvell Marvell’s semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities. At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead. Your Team, Your Impact The Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Services (CREW) team creates inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring Marvell’s culture and values to life. We build and maintain all aspects of what keeps our workspaces operating seamlessly. We also manage the industry-leading employee services that help make Marvell a great place to work; from how we design sustainable, healthy, and collaborative workspaces, create energizing food experiences and fitness options, to delivering inclusive environments where Marvell and our employees can thrive. What You Can Expect What You’ll Do Program Operations & Governance Oversee end-to-end daily operations of corporate card provisioning and lifecycle management, expense reconciliation, travel booking platforms, and the executive travel program. Serve as the primary relationship owner for our global TMC partners and other travel & expense vendors, managing SLAs, contract compliance, and ongoing performance. Establish and enforce program controls, audit processes, and global reimbursement standards that balance compliance with a frictionless employee experience. Act as the escalation point for complex card, expense, and travel issues, resolving them efficiently and using patterns to drive systemic improvement. Transformation & Modernization Develop and execute a multi-year T&E transformation roadmap — rationalizing platforms, automating workflows, and eliminating manual processes — drawing on proven experience modernizing programs at prior companies. Lead evaluation and selection of next-generation T&E technologies, including AI-enabled expense automation, touchless audit controls, and integrated booking tools. Drive change management and adoption strategies that ensure employees and approvers embrace new tools and updated policies at a global scale. Data, Analytics & Benchmarking Own T&E program analytics — build dashboards and reporting frameworks that surface spend trends, policy compliance, category performance, and savings opportunities. Benchmark Marvell’s program against industry best practices and peer companies; translate findings into a compelling narrative for leadership that drives prioritization and investment decisions. Define and track KPIs across all program dimensions: cost efficiency, traveler satisfaction, compliance rates, and vendor performance. Employee Experience & Policy Lead a comprehensive rewrite of Marvell’s global travel policy — simplifying language, aligning with market norms, and reflecting the needs of a global, hybrid workforce. Champion the employee experience across every T&E touchpoint: booking, expense submission, reimbursement, and traveler support. Build feedback mechanisms to continuously capture employee sentiment and surface actionable improvements. Finance & Accounting Partnership Partner closely with the Accounting team to drive synergy across T&E operations and financial close processes, ensuring accurate expense accruals, timely reconciliations, and clean audit trails. Align T&E reporting with corporate financial systems and month-end close requirements in collaboration with Finance leadership. Support internal and external audit processes with thorough, well-documented T&E program records and data. What Sets You Apart You have a point of view on what a world-class T&E program looks like — and the conviction to pursue it. You don’t just manage vendors; you hold them accountable and continuously raise the bar. You see policy as a tool for enabling employees, not restricting them. You bring data to every conversation, and you know how to translate it into decisions. You’ve navigated the Finance-Operations interface and know how to build lasting trust with Accounting counterparts. What We're Looking For What You Bring Experience 8–12 years of progressive experience in corporate travel, T&E management, corporate card programs, or related finance operations. Demonstrated track record of transforming and modernizing T&E programs at a mid-to-large enterprise — you’ve done it before and can articulate the approach, the obstacles, and the outcomes. Experience managing global TMC relationships and multi-region travel programs. Prior experience supporting executive travel programs with the discretion and responsiveness that entails. Background working in close partnership with Accounting or Finance teams in a cross-functional or shared-services model. Skills & Capabilities Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn T&E data into a story — for operational teams and executive audiences alike. Deep familiarity with T&E platforms (e.g., SAP Concur, Navan/TripActions, Emburse, Brex) and corporate card programs (e.g., Citi, Amex, Visa). Proven ability to write clear, practical travel policy that employees actually follow. Strong project management and change management skills; comfortable leading programs across multiple geographies and business units. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — equally effective presenting to a CFO and resolving a traveler’s urgent booking issue. Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field required. MBA, CPA, CTP, or Lean Six Sigma certification a plus. Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 133,500 - 200,000, $ per annum The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions. Additional Compensation and Benefit Elements Marvell is committed to providing exceptional, comprehensive benefits that support our employees at every stage - from internship to retirement and through life’s most important moments.
