Job description

This position is centrally based in Nashville and requires frequent travel to Oracle data center campuses to support instructor-led training, operational readiness, commissioning activities, and workforce development initiatives. The Enterprise Technical SME – Mechanical Systems plays a critical role in ensuring Oracle’s Data Center Critical Facilities workforce possesses the knowledge and skills required to safely operate and maintain mission-critical mechanical infrastructure. By combining deep technical expertise with enterprise training leadership, this position helps build a standardized, scalable, and highly capable workforce that supports Oracle’s continued global data center growth.
