This is a 1st Shift position: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 am to 4:00 pm. Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements. Visually inspects surfaces (cases and lids), using prescribed procedures and working knowledge of product. Reports scrap and finished goods quantities to Production Lead or Supervisor. Utilizes microscopes for verification of defects to ensure compliance with visual requirements of the finished product. Performs rework operations as required. Aware of the quality criteria unique to each customer’s requirements to inspect the parts accordingly. Solves routine problems according to written procedures. Evaluates and selects solution from established options. Provides support for operation floor teams in product acceptability. Assists in the training of new inspectors. Ensures discrepant material has been properly dispositional prior to shipment. Follows packaging instructions and packs products as directed. Monitors material flow and completes KANBAN tags and scrap reports. Performs other functions as required.
