IntroductionCustomer Supply Chain Management (CSCM) is responsible for ensuring material availability and supporting business continuity for semiconductor customers in Taiwan. The team works closely with regional and global stakeholders to manage inventory, material planning, supply-demand balancing, and operational performance. As supply chain processes become increasingly data-driven, timely and accurate reporting is critical to support decision-making and operational reviews. We are looking for a motivated intern to support reporting, data analysis, and process improvement activities within CSCM Taiwan. Your AssignmentAs a CSCM Intern, you will support the team in creating operational and management reports used for business reviews and decision making. Key responsibilities include: Collect and consolidate data from central dashboards, reporting systems, and SharePoint repositories. Validate, clean, and maintain reporting datasets to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Prepare Excel reports, KPI tracking files, and PowerPoint presentations for recurring business reviews. Support analysis of material availability, inventory health, supply-demand balance, and operational performance metrics. Assist with report standardization, documentation, and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to gather information and support reporting requirements. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations within the semiconductor industry while developing analytical, reporting, and business communication skills in a global organization. Your ProfileCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Information Management, or related fields. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, or data analysis tools is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
