Responsibilities: ▪ You will continue to model, maintain, and develop business processes using SmartProcess ▪ You will develop, configure, and optimize automated workflows in SmartProcess ▪ You analyze and evaluate process interfaces, process dependencies, and process risks ▪ You are responsible for the central document management system CTT ▪ You advise managers and process owners on improvement initiatives as part of the continuous improvement process (CIP) Qualifications: ▪ You have completed a commercial or technical training program ▪ You work in a structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented manner ▪ You are accustomed to working independently and taking ownership of your tasks ▪ You are willing to travel regularly within the CTT Division, including visits to the plants under your supervision for process documentation, training, coordination, and audit support ▪ You have knowledge of BPMN or are willing to familiarize yourself with BPMN standards (BPMN 2.0) ▪ You have good written and spoken English skills ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
