Job Description岗位职责： 深度学习创新技术领域，主导在肺癌诊疗、神经及颌面外科领域、中医复位等前沿领域的方案探索。 结合其他手术产品，输出完整的OEC解决方案。 结合产品特点，协助产品经理共同提炼术中影像临床关键价值主张；包括脊柱、创伤、足踝等领域。 根据实际方案，承担对应窗口医院建设，打造标杆临床应用案例，维护对应头部KOL合作。 持续跟踪骨科、呼吸以及重点术式的最新趋势，诊疗指南、行业共识、竞品术式推广策略，输出季度分析报告。 联动产品、销售、临床应用、研发，统筹新技术反馈，大客户合作项目落地。 任职要求 本科及以上学历，临床医学相关专业，硕士优先；肺癌诊疗领域背景优先，骨科相关背景亦可。 具备较强的临床专业能力和快速学习能力，能够深入理解创新技术并转化为临床应用方案。 具备优秀的学术沟通及KOL合作能力，能够独立开展学术交流、专家合作及窗口医院建设。 具备良好的市场洞察和分析能力，能够持续跟踪行业趋势、诊疗指南及竞品动态。 英文能力优秀，自我驱动力强， 具备良好的跨部门协作和项目推动能力，能够适应出差。 Inclusion and Diversity GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
