Work Schedule Flex Shifts 40 hrs/wk Environmental Conditions Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards Job Description Job Summary Performs sampling activities for pharmaceutical raw materials, packaging components, intermedi, and finished products in compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines. Ensures samples are representative, properly handled, documented, and delivered to the QC laboratory for analysis. Key Responsibilities Performs sampling of raw materials, packaging materials, intermedi, and finished products according to approved procedures and sampling plans. Ensures correct identification, labeling, and traceability of collected samples. Operates within classified environments (e.g., cleanrooms, warehouses) following GMP requirements. Performs cleaning and verification of sampling tools and equipment before and after use. Documents all sampling activities accurately in logbooks and electronic systems (e.g., LIMS). Recognizes and reports deviations, discrepancies, or non-conformities during sampling activities. Supports investigations (e.g., deviations, OOS) when required. Coordinates with QC laboratory and warehouse personnel for sample management and logistics. Ensures compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Safety guidelines at all times. Maintains sampling areas in a clean and organized state. Education Diploma or degree in a scientific or technical field is recommended (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or similar). Experience 0–2 years of experience in a GMP environment (QC, production, or warehouse preferred). Previous experience in sampling activities is considered a plus. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Basic knowledge of GMP requirements and data integrity principles. Familiarity with documentation practices (paper-based and/or electronic systems such as LIMS). Proactivity and attention to detail. Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment. Problem-solving attitude. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
