Job description
Lead new product development and product sustainment initiatives for the Supra and Onity product lines, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully. Oversee program execution by managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and technical requirements while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs. Provide technical leadership, drive innovation and continuous process improvements, and ensure products meet customer expectations and industry standards.
