Senior Advanced Project Engineer

Job description

Lead multiple global new product introduction programs, managing cross-functional engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver hardware, firmware, software, and mechanical products using Agile methodologies. Oversee program roadmaps, schedules, budgets, scope, risks, and change management to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and successful commercialization. Drive collaboration across stakeholders, manufacturing, commercial teams, and customers while ensuring production readiness, compliance with product development processes, and alignment with business objectives. Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and champion continuous improvement to enhance program performance and outcomes.
