Job Description角色与职责 •负责区域内产品销售及业务拓展工作，通过合作伙伴和分销渠道推动业务增长，完成销售目标。 •负责渠道开发、维护及赋能，提升渠道合作质量和市场覆盖能力。 •持续学习并掌握产品知识、市场动态及销售技能，有效执行销售策略和业务计划。 •与区域内重点科室专家及关键客户保持良好沟通，建立学术合作关系，推动客户教育项目落地。 •深入理解业务目标及市场需求，结合客户需求制定并执行销售计划。 •在授权范围内独立开展业务工作，运用商业判断力解决销售过程中的问题，并与相关团队协同推动业务发展。 •与市场、应用、服务等跨职能同事保持紧密合作，共同提升客户满意度和业务绩效。 •建立并维护良好的客户关系，作为客户与公司之间的重要沟通桥梁，传递产品价值和专业信息。 任职要求 •本科及以上学历，具备相关医疗行业销售工作经验。 •具有市场开发、渠道管理及客户关系管理能力。 •能够与区域专家、渠道伙伴及重点客户建立并维护长期合作关系。 •具备优秀的沟通表达、影响力及跨团队协作能力。 •具有良好的商业敏锐度、独立工作能力及问题解决能力。 •学习能力强，结果导向，能够达成销售目标并推动业务增长。 Inclusion and Diversity GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
