Role Summary and Organizational Impact Serving as an Integrator, this role is the crucial bridge between our visionary corporate strategy and technical execution, ensuring complete alignment across our AI initiatives. Acting as a periscope and early warning system for IT leadership, this person serves as a proxy in key meetings and a generalist operator who integrates signal across projects, ensuring the most critical information surfaces to leadership in a timely manner. The roles and responsibilities: This person acts as a truth-filter, shielding engineering teams from speculative feature creep while helping the business understand the true value of their requests. They will partner to lead the deployment and integration of Gemini Enterprise, agentic workflows on Google Vertex AI, and advanced coding assistants. They will also facilitate deep customer discovery and requirements gathering to maintain a unified view of project health to prevent bottlenecks across strategies, and champion our AI Center of Excellence, helping to navigate the voice of engineering toward maximum business impact and guiding the business to get the most value from IT. The behavioral traits: Possess a natural ability to connect with business stakeholders, lead the room, and listen far more than speaking to truly understand needs. Apply Occam's razor to focus on the simplest, most direct paths to value, and drive the Pareto principle to identify the true impact of competing inputs and ideas. Act as a product owner who manages priorities effectively and avoids hype-driven development, focusing only on meaningful corporate objectives. Qualifications:Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications • Seven to ten years of experience in product management or IT software delivery within an enterprise environment. • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Systems, or a related field. • Some experience working with Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions like Claude, M365 Copilot and others Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications • Fifteen or more years of experience in a senior technical or strategic role bridging business operations and IT teams. • Master's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science. • Deep expertise in utilizing process optimization methodologies, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record of bridging divergent business and IT perspectives. • Extensive experience working with Generative and Agentic AI solutions like Claude, M365 Copilot and others • Working knowledge of Intel culture, processes and departments Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research. Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $188,330.00-265,870.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
