This is an onsite opportunity based out of Alameda, CA. What You’ll Work On Collaborate with Brand and Commercial teams to support product launches, educational initiatives, and marketing campaigns and deliver corresponding website updates. Translate campaign strategies into effective website experiences that reinforce key messaging and customer actions. Align website support for integrated omnichannel campaigns. Help identify and address healthcare professional information needs through relevant website content and experiences. In partnership with agency and internal stakeholders, execute day-to-day operations of the healthcare professional website for the Libre CGM portfolio. Monitor web performance, analytics, and customer insights to identify opportunities to improve user experience, engagement, and content effectiveness. Work closely with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Digital Operations, and agency partners to execute website initiatives and ensure website content is accurate, compliant, customer-focused, and aligned with brand standards. Coordinate project timelines, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and launch readiness activities to deliver updates on schedule. Build strong working relationships across teams to ensure seamless execution of business priorities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, content marketing, or related disciplines. Strong interest in digital customer experiences and healthcare professional marketing. Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders and timelines. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with web content management systems (CMS) and basic website analytics. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with websites, digital campaigns, or content marketing programs. Exposure to healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries. The base pay for this position is $114,000.00 – $228,000.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
