This position reports to: Service Team Leader __ In this position, you will provide technical support for LV business in Polish market delivering superior, professional service, remotely or on-site. Reporting to the Service Operations Team Leader, your hands-on experience and knowledge of customer needs will help you not only to build strong customer relationships, but also to actively identify and develop new business opportunities. Your responsibilities Performing medium to high complex Service tasks like installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrades and retrofits, repair independently, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories. Ensuring customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation. Creating and maintaining a good relationship with customers and understands their needs. Identifying new sales opportunities and takes influence in convincing the client for the complete service portfolio. Proactively identifying potential equipment failures and proactive corrective actions. Troubleshooting complex equipment failure and makes recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future. Proactively identifying suggestions for product quality and customer service improvement and discusses them with management for changes. While on-site, work with the customer to identify opportunities for improving the customers operations and eliminating pain points. Actively ensuring that HSE practices are of high standard. Working to eliminate unsafe practices and incidents. Consistently applying functional processes considering links to other teams. Coaches associate technicians and associate engineers. Your backgroundMinimum 5+ years’ experience in the operation, production and maintenance of LV switchgears, modules and other LV equipment Knowledge of the MNS, SEN+, SEV switchgears will be an additional advantage Knowledge of the MV Switchgears will be an advantage Experience in Maintenance / Testing & commissioning / FAT / SAT Team player with pronounced communication skills and intercultural sensitivity High flexibility and willingness to work independently English, is beneficial Knowledge of the MNS, SEN+, SEV switchgears will be an additional advantage Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
