Job Title: Representative, Asset Management Job Description The Asset Management Assistant is the steward of the company’s assets. They manage the entire asset lifecycle—from acquisition to disposal—ensuring that every piece of equipment is properly tracked, recorded, and compliant with audit and corporate governance requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesAsset Control and Inventory Maintain accurate physical and system inventories to prevent asset loss and ensure data integrity. Asset Logistics Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of assets between business units and sites. Governance and Analysis Develop and maintain KPIs, support internal and external audits, and collaborate closely with IT, Facilities, and Logistics teams. Qualifications and CompetenciesTechnical Skills Advanced proficiency in Excel, asset control tools, and data analysis. Experience Solid experience in asset management, fixed asset control, and internal logistics processes.
