This position reports to: Local Sales Operations Manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory, including Sales in Excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice. Each day, you will support internal customer service inquiries. You will also showcase your expertise by setting inventory parameters and targets and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders. The work model for the role is: {onsite} This role is contributing to the {Electrification in {UAE}. You will be mainly accountable for:Defining inventory policies based on specified segmentation. Calculating and maintaining the inventory parameters, including safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time, and replenishment strategies, in the planning systems and the ERPs. Coordinating material planning with call-offs to ensure that purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders in collaboration with operations buyers and services. Collaborating with buyers to achieve the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, Minimum Order Quantity, quality, lead time, and flexibility. Qualifications for the role Bachelor\ higher Degree in Supply chain (inventory planning\logistics) Minimum 7-10 years Process oriented, focused on standardization, streamlining and best practices Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills A self-starter, meticulous, a good team player and able to work independently Supply chain fundamentals (inventory management, demand planning, S&OP, MRP ) Preferably holding an APICS certification Excellent Analytical and computational skills Business acumen SAP APO preferably Outstanding communication and presenting skills Advanced Excel, Power point, Power BI or a similar BI tool will be a plus What’s in it for you?
