This position reports to: Digital Solution Engineering Manager __ Your role and responsibilities We are currently looking for an OT Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work on cybersecurity-related topics for Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and support the protection of industrial automation environments against cyber threats. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #Linkedin_Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: Analyze Operational Technology (OT) control systems for cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities. Perform vulnerability assessments and scans in industrial environments using specialized security tools. Identify vulnerabilities (CVEs) and prepare cybersecurity risk assessment reports. Design and deliver cybersecurity solutions to remediate identified vulnerabilities. Develop technical documentation and cybersecurity deliverables for end customers. Ensure a high level of support and service for end users and customers. Qualifications for the role Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, preferably Automation, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related discipline. Experience or interest in technologies operating at the intersection of IT and OT (Information Technology / Operational Technology). Knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems, server administration (Dell, HPE, and others), network management, and Active Directory configuration. Understanding of patch management processes and backup solutions across various IT environments. Strong sense of responsibility, self-government, and ability to meet deadlines. Innovative problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn modern technologies and technical solutions. Valid category B driving license and willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of working time), primarily within Poland using a company vehicle. Ability to deliver technical presentations and communicate technical concepts effectively. Good knowledge of English, enabling effective communication in an international environment Nice to Have SEP electrical qualifications up to 1 kV (operation and supervision). Experience with industry-recognized vulnerability scanning tools. Professional cybersecurity certifications. Programming experience in any language (e.g., Python, Java, or similar).
