Job Description SummaryThe Indirect Partner Manager PDx Europe (f/m/d) acts as the primary face of GE HealthCare towards distributors, this role focuses on building strong partnerships, monitoring business performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment with commercial and strategic objectives. The position plays a critical role in maintaining strong relationships with external partners while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across several functions like Compliance, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, and Commercial Operations. This is an individual contributor role without direct people management responsibilities but requires significant influence, stakeholder management, and commercial leadership. Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities Distributor & Partner Management Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for assigned distributors (Austria, Switzerland and 1-2 other regions). Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distribution partners. Conduct regular business reviews, performance discussions, and strategic planning sessions with distributors. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing partnerships and identify opportunities to strengthen collaboration. Monitor distributor performance against agreed objectives, growth targets, and profitability expectations. Business Performance & Growth Analyze market performance, business trends, and distributor effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop action plans to address performance gaps and accelerate growth. Ensure distributors execute agreed strategies and maintain focus on key business priorities. Market Development Support the evolution and implementation of indirect go-to-market strategies. Play a key role in the ongoing transformation of the Swiss market, where a new indirect distributor model is being implemented. Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving market coverage, customer reach, and business performance. Governance & Compliance Ensure distributors operate in accordance with contractual obligations, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with internal to maintain proper governance and risk management. Manage and resolve partner-related escalations in a timely and professional manner. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders, including Compliance, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, Commercial Leadership Influence decisions across functions to support business objectives and ensure successful execution within assigned markets. Your Profile: Commercial, business, scientific, or related educational/university background. Several years of experience in B2B commercial, channel management, distributor management, account management, or partner management roles. Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience considered a significant advantage. Proven experience managing external business partners and indirect sales channels. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive business performance and profitability. Experience working within complex stakeholder environments Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Strong business and financial acumen. Ability to analyze business performance and translate insights into actions. Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities. Experience managing escalations and resolving complex business challenges.
