Location/Division Specific Information: (No more than 2-3 sentences) 岗位职责： 1、根据生产计划，按时完成生产任务并填写相关记录。 2按照公司工艺文件要求作业，完成各种铜管焊接工艺，确保焊接质量符合标准。 3、对焊接及相关设备进行日常操作和维护，确保设备正常运行。 4、做好产品检验工作，及时发现生产过程中的不合格品，并进行上报。 5、遵守公司各项规章制度，保障工作场所的清洁及安全环境。 6、服从直属领导的其他业务相关工作安排 岗位要求: 1、中专以上学历，年龄25~45周岁 2、3年以上经验铜管焊接工作经验。（持有熔化焊接与热切割作业焊工证） 3、熟悉铜管的焊接工艺，能独立操作，具备良好的焊接技能和质量意识。 4、熟悉生产组装焊接操作，从事过热泵或制冷设备生产、安装的优先考虑。 5、能吃苦耐劳，有责任心和团队合作精神。 6、具有积极的态度和团队合作精神，良好的沟通和自学能力。
