Job description

The Cloud Subscription Data Management (CSDM) team owns the global subscription-plan details for Oracle Cloud customers. The team creates and maintains subscription plans and performs other critical activities that support cloud renewals, new business, and core operations that accelerate Oracle’s revenue recognition. CSDM is part of the Customer Data Operations organization, focused on improving customer experience through stronger data quality, standardized and simplified global customer-data processes, and a consistent view of customers. The team is guided by SPARC values in delivering timely, accountable, customer-focused outcomes and building trust across stakeholders.
