Job Location MEXICO CITY GENERAL OFFICE Job Description Title of the Position: Supply Chain Intern • Location: Interlomas • Work Hours: Part-time with flexible working hours. • Profile: Engineering or related studies • Salary: The gross salary for interns ranges from 9,000mxn to 9,000mxn to 18,000 mxn and compensation may vary based on the work schedule you select. • Duration: 12-18 months. • Qualifications: Graduation date must be between December 2027 and June 2028. If so, then this is the perfect internship for you. • About the role: As a Supply Chain Intern, you will collaborate in data collection, consolidation, and analysis related to inventory levels, delivery times, demand forecasting, and transportation costs to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement. You will support key supply chain processes such as order management, shipment tracking, coordination with suppliers, and production/distribution planning. Additionally, you will prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing findings, performance metrics, and recommendations to support decision-making within the Supply Chain area. • Some of your tasks will be: Collaborate on data analysis and identification of supply chain inefficiencies or improvement opportunities. Assist in operational supply chain tasks including order management and supplier coordination. Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders summarizing key metrics and insights. • Hard Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, complex formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH), charting, and large data analysis. Basic familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics modules related to Supply Chain. Ability or interest to learn data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to create interactive dashboards and reports. • Soft Skills: Effective communication: clear and concise oral and written expression adapted to different audiences. Attention to detail and analytical thinking to process information accurately and extract logical conclusions from complex data. Proactivity and initiative to learn quickly, solve problems, and propose process improvements. Job Qualifications • Nice to Have Skills: Advanced English (written and spoken): to interact with international teams and technical documentation. Previous experience: internships or projects related to Supply Chain, logistics, or data analysis. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) for project management.
