About RDT DATA & AI Business Operations Our Core Focus Areas: Strategy & Execution: Co-developing functional strategy and managing global budgets to turn vision into reality. Operational Intelligence: Delivering sophisticated, evidence-based insights to guide senior leadership decision-making. Shared Capabilities: Orchestrating a diverse portfolio of expertise to support and empower RDT sub-functions. Cross-Functional Synergy: Partnering across RDT functions as well as business partners in Finance, P&C and Procurement to drive seamless, end-to-end delivery. The Opportunity: Lead service transition and vendor optimization initiatives to maximize value from managed service partnerships. Define and monitor sophisticated service performance measures, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Service Level Objectives (SLOs). Drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps), automation frameworks, and self-healing capabilities. Identify strategic opportunities to reduce operational effort, external workforce dependency, and service costs. Establish robust governance and operating models for managed services. Partner proactively with vendors to improve service outcomes, align contracts to measurable business results, and foster innovation. Analyze operational trends and resolve bottlenecks to prioritize improvement opportunities. Drive continuous improvement methodologies across platform operations to effectively transition the organization from reactive to proactive service management. Who you are: Highly educated with a relevant university degree, bringing years of proven professional experience in modern IT operations, vendor governance, or a related field. Proven track record of managing large-scale Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and successfully pivoting traditional contracts toward automated, outcome-based, Service Level Agreement (SLA)-driven frameworks. Deep experience in operational excellence, identifying operational inefficiencies, and applying continuous improvement methodologies (such as Lean) to minimize manual overhead. Strong background in partnering with Procurement and Finance to structure global IT service contracts and optimize enterprise budgets. Solid understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, focusing on eliminating manual toil through automation and self-healing architectures. Strong practical knowledge of modern service management, AIOps, and advanced capabilities in monitoring performance measures for enterprise data platforms and cloud infrastructure. Exceptional communication and change leadership skills, with a proactive mindset to operate independently in a highly regulated global healthcare or pharmaceutical environment. What you get: Salary range 19 000 - 35 400 PLN gross based on the employment contract. Annual bonus payment based on your performance. Compensation & BenefitsThe expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 228,900.00 PLN - 425,100.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
