Sr Associate in Finance As a Sr Associate in Finance at Amgen, you'll provide crucial support in financial management including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. You'll work closely with the finance manager and other team members to help make informed financial decisions. The Senior Associate supports business operations through reporting, data analysis, process coordination, corporate consolidation and reporting, One Techbook preparation for ETDG, and operational support activities. This role helps ensure the accuracy of operational data, supports business reporting needs, and partners with stakeholders to drive efficient execution of day-to-day priorities. Working under general direction, the individual applies analytical and operational knowledge to support reporting, data management, corporate consolidation, business processes, and cross-functional initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities Support operational processes by ensuring required information is complete, accurate, and maintained appropriately Coordinate activities across teams to support business operations and project execution Gather, analyze, validate, and maintain operational and business data Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, metrics, and leadership updates Support corporate consolidation and reporting activities, including preparation, validation, and reconciliation of inputs for enterprise-level reporting cycles. Coordinate One Techbook preparation for ETDG, ensuring content, metrics, and supporting materials are complete, accurate, and ready for review Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives Maintain compliance with established business processes, policies, and governance requirements Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams Assist with ad hoc analysis, reporting requests, and special projects as needed Win We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. Basic qualifications Master's Degree Or Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience OR Associate’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of relevant experience Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting business operations, reporting, analytics, project coordination, or process management activities Experience working with reporting, visualization, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint Experience working with enterprise business systems and data sources is a plus What you can expect of usAs we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for your professional and personal growth and well-being. The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
