About this role: This is a day/1st shift role focused on supporting Cardiac Diagnostics operations in Arden Hills. Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, preventative maintenance, as well as performing system debugging on cellular phones, business systems, and electronic test equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments and implementing changes on the manufacturing line. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of taking direction and delivering results with little supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn new skills and work closely with manufacturing engineers to complete tasks such as new equipment evaluation forms, equipment procedures, process change analyses, validation support, etc.
