Process Engineer (f/m/d)

Job description

Responsibilities: Established the production standard methods for current proces according to the process floe diagram and control plan, integrating the 4M's (Material, Machine, Method and Main). Supports the training processes to achieve the training schedule according to the established standard. Develops and maintains updated the necessary documents to establish the production standard (SOP, procedures, Forms, etc.). Assist the production department to solve the process issues that effect the main KPI in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) by evaluating the 4M's + 2M's. Assist the quality department in solving issues and develop improvement activities that coming from internal and external sources. Qualifications: Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical engineering or similar. Experience 3 or more years experience on the manufacturing processes, preferably in rubber molding, assembly processes and automation, programing of PLC, Robots, Cobots. Specialized Knowledge Manufacturing process definition for costing (Process Engineering Process Map), Lean methodology production processes (VPS tools), manufacturing process principles (assembly or mixing, plastic, MCU, vulcanization) and process steps (process design, specification book and process release). Tool and equipment design, manufacturing knowledge and tool changeover (SMED) . IATF 16949, Core Tools, AMEF and GD&T drawing interpretation, basic knowledge in ISO 14001, 50001 and 45001 ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
