Location/Division Specific Information: (No more than 2-3 sentences) Position Summary: (1-2 sentences) 产线问题解决专家，除生产任务外，协助工程团队完成技术文档确认和技术方案的验证。 Key Responsibilities: (Bullets) 具备生产关键岗位的核心技能，并严格按照图纸、作业指导文件或操作规程进行预检、装配、测试、最终检查等操作； 保量保证：完成主管每天安排的生产任务以及质量和安全目标 利用PPI建议、发起或推动生产改进。如提高设备利用率、产能、工艺流程、工作环境等来提高工作效率、质量指标和减少浪费。 监控OIC平台上一次通过率（FPY）数据，并和工程师团队一起针对记录的主要问题进行改善，提高通过率 多技能学习和跨产线支持，按照培训流程完成新进员工的岗位技能培训 积极配合工程师的相关项目验证，样机装配和测试工作。 Requirements/Qualifications: (Bullets) 大专或大专以上学历，机电类背景； 熟悉电脑操作，具备一定英语读写能力优先； 能够看懂简单的机械装配图纸（如装配爆炸图） 从事过机电类产品的组装、测试工作3年以上，有仪器行业工作经验优先； 动手能力强，具有一定的数据分析能力和较强的学习能力； 有很强的质量意识，和利用PPI 工具分析质量问题的能力； 沟通能力：能够衔接产线和工程师团队的沟通
