DESCRIPTION: The Due Diligence Lead – Life Sciences Solutions (Business Transformation Office) is responsible for the evaluation of feasibility, risks, and benefits of significant operational pursuits. This includes restructuring, business continuity, and large capital expenditures. This role will be responsible to lead the evolution of several due diligence proposals from idea to business approval. Reporting directly to the Director of Due Diligence & Construction, this role requires extensive collaboration and an inquisitive nature to closely partner with businesses to facilitate and develop the output of an completed analysis. The role will work closely with executive leadership along with functional business partners and other stakeholders to ensure each proposal delivers accurate facts and figures enabling the right decisions to be made within the business. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a scientific discipline or engineering Experience in life science industry with demonstrated experience in large construction and/or operations project management leadership Experience in site operations and/or technology combined with business savvy Experience leading through influence management and in delivering Transformation in Capital Productivity Strong knowledge of project management tools. Solutions oriented with a forward-focused thinking; anticipate challenges and develop strategic solutions Experience & demonstrated executive-level reporting and presentations Strong, experienced leader, willing to make tough calls, passion for creating value, well connected and respected across the organization Able to lead problem-solving and generate consensus among divergent views Key Responsibilities: Data Collection & Analysis:Gather & analyze data related to operational efficiencies, financial performance, while assessing risk to support decision making. Assess current state operational performance and develop; people, facility, and equipment facts to model. Assist in developing financial models to project the outcomes of various operational scenarios, including cost/benefit analyses, budget forecasts, and ROI. Perform and Guide Analyses: Compile and prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations for review. Keep all relevant stakeholders engaged, informed, and involved in the decision-making process, ensuring transparency and alignment with business STRAP objectives.
