This position reports to: HR Business Partner __ Key responsibilities The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: Supporting strategic HR projects, such as strategic workforce planning, career path development and the integration of AI-driven solutions Assisting with operational HR activities, including responding to and resolving inquiries from employees and managers Planning, coordinating and supporting career fairs, recruiting events and other external engagements Designing and organizing initiatives and events to support employee retention Qualifications for the role Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, HR Management, Education, Industrial Engineering or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Power BI, SAP and/or Workday is considered an advantage Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English Proactive, self-driven, and flexible working style Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and functions Excellent organizational skills combined with a high degree of self-management Interested in joining our team?
