Job Description SummaryHR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. Individuals in this category act as the HR Manager of record for a client group. Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in China. Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities A leadership partner who develops & executes organization-level HR strategies to align structure, culture & talent with functional goals. Supported BU and functions. Provide timely, effective and direct coaching to client group managers and provide employees career path development, and performance management coaching. Ensure high quality implementation of critical HR operating rhythms such as talent & organization review, salary planning and performance management, leveraging assistance as appropriate Work with leaders and employees to create a positive and contemporary work environment Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field. Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems that impact the function. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions. Required Qualifications This role requires significant experience in the Human Resources & HR Business Partnership. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in related area. Minimum 5 years prior professional work experience in client HR. Fluent English communication skill to work closely with global stakeholders. Native Chinese speaker.
