Position Summary You will work with suppliers, internal teams and external partners to make sure materials and services meet our quality and safety expectations. You will assess supplier performance, manage deviations, and support supplier audits and corrective actions. We value clear communicators who use data and practical problem solving. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Manage supplier quality performance through monitoring, trend analysis and regular reviews with suppliers. - Lead supplier audits and assessments, including planning, onsite evaluation and follow-up actions. - Investigate supplier-related quality issues, lead root cause analysis and track corrective and preventive actions. - Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Technical Services and Regulatory teams to support supplier qualification and change control. - Maintain and update supplier quality records, reports and risk assessments to support inspection readiness. - Coach and support suppliers to implement improvements and meet our quality standards. Why You? We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, engineering, chemistry or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum 2 years’ experience in supplier quality, vendor management, quality assurance or a GMP-regulated environment. - Experience conducting supplier audits or assessments and producing clear audit reports. - Strong problem solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and CAPA tracking. - Good written and verbal communication skills in English. - Comfortable working on-site at our India facilities; role is on-site with occasional travel to supplier sites. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Experience in pharmaceutical, biologics or medical device supplier quality. - Familiarity with quality systems such as deviation management, change control and CAPA. - Training or experience with risk-based supplier qualification and supplier performance metrics. - Experience supporting regulatory inspections or preparing inspection evidence. - Knowledge of analytical methods and manufacturing processes used by suppliers. - Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
