As part of the Engineering IT organization, s/he will be part of team to manage Engineering IT support and operations globally Duties and responsibilities: Provide Linux system administration support to solve escalated/critical issues for the services managed by Engineering IS adhering to team SLAs and KPIs Execute project tasks assigned by Product owners adhering to milestones Build documentation and knowledge base for support services to help support team and customers Work closely with the regional & global IS technology leads/SMEs to build expertise and support ongoing & new technology & services Collaborate with Engineering helpdesk Managed Services team for efficient helpdesk operations to ensure best in class customer experience. Qualification & Experience: Bachelors/Diploma /MCA in relevant technical discipline and a minimum of 8 years of industry experience Proficient in Unix/Linux administration in a distributed large enterprise environment for 5+ years in hybrid on-prem and cloud environment Experience in Virtualization, AWS and Backup infrastructure for 5+ years Familiarity with EDA environment and tools is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and team oriented For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
