What you will do You will act as Product Owner within an Agile team focused on developing medical device software based on image processing algorithms. You and the project team will be responsible for AI & Computer Vision based software components using advanced algorithms and deep learning technologies for an automated & intelligent image guided surgical workflow impacting hundreds of thousands of patients per year. You will manage the software backlog, organize software iterations and define development priorities within your team. You will interact with a cross-functional team including testing, PMO, AO, quality, security, and regulatory. Taking input from leaders and stakeholders, you will plan, manage, and communicate the releases and features to stakeholders, leaders, and bring a strong product to market. You participate in voice of customer activities and customer interactions to validate concepts, gather customer’s feedback and refine requirements. As part of an Agile Team, you formalize development by defining and organizing software requirements and contributing to testing and validation protocols. You will collaborate with system engineering, regulatory and quality teams to create and maintain the design control documentation of our medical device software products. You will report the feature development progress to project team members and stakeholders. You will support in the observation and communication of product KPI’s to stakeholders and identify operational improvements from said metrics. What you will need Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum 2 years of experience in software product ownership, software engineering, systems engineering, or a related software development role. The experience in the medical technology industry is a plus. Experience working within Agile software development methodologies. Experience working with artificial intelligence, deep learning, or computer vision technologies is a plus. Experience supporting software development lifecycle activities in regulated environments and familiarity with developer tools such as GitLab, Docker, Visual Studio Code, or Bash. Excellent command of both French and English (written and spoken). Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a product development environment. Strong collaboration, communication skills, customer-oriented mindset and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Ce que vous ferez Agir en tant que Product Owner au sein d’une équipe Agile dédiée au développement de logiciels de dispositifs médicaux basés sur des algorithmes de traitement d’images. Être responsable, avec l’équipe projet, de composants logiciels reposant sur l’intelligence artificielle et la vision par ordinateur, utilisant des algorithmes avancés et des technologies de deep learning pour automatiser et optimiser les flux de travail chirurgicaux guidés par l’image. Gérer le backlog logiciel, organiser les itérations de développement et définir les priorités au sein de l’équipe. Collaborer avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire comprenant notamment les fonctions test, gestion de projet, qualité, sécurité et réglementaire. Planifier, piloter et communiquer les versions et les fonctionnalités du produit auprès des parties prenantes afin d’assurer la mise sur le marché de solutions performantes. Participer aux activités de VOC et aux interactions clients afin de valider les concepts, recueillir les retours utilisateurs et affiner les exigences produit. Formaliser le développement en définissant et en organisant les exigences logicielles, tout en contribuant aux activités de test et de validation. Collaborer avec les équipes d’ingénierie système, qualité et réglementaire afin de créer et maintenir la documentation de maîtrise de conception des logiciels de dispositifs médicaux. Assurer le suivi et la communication de l’avancement du développement des fonctionnalités auprès des équipes projet et des parties prenantes. Contribuer au suivi et au partage des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) du produit et identifier des opportunités d’amélioration opérationnelle.
