This position reports to: Quality Manager __ Your Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit involved in the delivery of nuclear projects, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams, with the aim of achieving and exceeding customer expectations while ensuring compliance with nuclear regulations and sustainable operations. Each day, you will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to quality challenges arising throughout the project lifecycle. You will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with engineering, project management, manufacturing, and other local functions that impact quality performance, ensuring adherence to the highest industry standards and supporting the successful execution of complex nuclear projects, while striving for world-class performance. - Work model: #LI-Hybrid In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and applicable related Management System within nuclear projects. Collaborating with engineering, project management, and operational teams in ensuring compliance with quality requirements and industry regulations. Performing qualification tasks, internal audits and monitoring process adherence to identify risks, non-conformities, and improvement opportunities. Analyzing quality data and project performance indicators for identifying trends, root causes, and corrective actions. Supporting customer quality reviews, inspections, and qualification activities throughout the project lifecycle. Preparing and delivering quality-related training sessions while promoting a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Driving preventive and corrective action plans and ensuring effective follow-up within multidisciplinary project teams Qualifications for the Role You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, preferably in Nuclear Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. You have at least 2 years of experience. You have knowledge of Quality Management Systems, auditing methodologies, and continuous improvement principles. You are familiar with working in highly regulated environments, ideally within the nuclear, energy, industrial automation, or process industries. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a structured manner. You are at ease communicating in both Italian and English. You are a proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
