Primary Function Ensure the effectiveness of Sales & Marketing organization and maximize the sales growth opportunities. The role will oversee a wide range of strategic responsibilities including sales force effectiveness, business analytics, strategic planning, budgeting, and distributors management. Major Responsibilities General: Ensure the sales force effectiveness through the various initiatives, i.e. Performance Management, Trainings, IT Technologies (e.g. Salesforce.com). Develop the reporting mechanism for supporting sales management and assure the visibility / transparency. Develop dealer/GPO strategy and implement programs to drive dealer’s performance. Design reward programs including Sales Incentive, increase the engagement of sales forces and drive the sales results. Develop the pricing strategy in response to bi-annual reimbursement review and lead the negotiation with sales dealers. Set goals/priorities for your team, attract and retain the talents to establish the best-in-class team. Identify needs for subordinates' development areas based on IDPs and provide supports, via coaching and guidance. Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Background: Minimum of 3 years experience in areas involving sales force effectiveness, business analytics, strategic planning, budgeting, and distributors management. Experience in leading a team. Preferred Requirement Experience in collaboration with global counterparts and cross-functional collaboration in Japan. Strong project management skills. Excellent communication skill in both Japanese and English. Experience at consultancy firms.
