A day in the Life: Lead and coordinate sterile manufacturing operations to ensure flawless execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement world-class manufacturing practices. Monitor and strictly adhere to quality and safety standards. Keys to Success: Demonstrate outstanding leadership and collaboration skills. Successfully implement continuous improvement initiatives. Exhibit a proven ability to compete in a dynamic work environment. Education: High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent. Experience: Required: Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production or lab setting or related field Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Outstanding understanding of sterile manufacturing processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to strictly follow and enforce safety and quality protocols. Physical Requirements / Work Environment Ability to stand for extended periods. Capability to lift up to 25 kg. Work in a controlled, sterile environment adhering to strict safety guidelines.
