Principal Core Infrastructure Engineer – Block Storage About Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and the Block Storage Team Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) delivers cloud services designed to help organizations run demanding enterprise and cloud-native workloads securely, reliably, and at scale. The OCI Block Storage team builds and operates highly available, durable, scalable storage services that support mission-critical workloads. The team works on complex engineering challenges across distributed systems, virtualized infrastructure, storage, networking, reliability, performance, security, and automation. As part of this team, you will work with experienced engineers to design and evolve core components of the Block Storage Service. You will operate across the technology stack—from low-level systems and data paths to large-scale distributed system architecture—while maintaining a strong focus on simplicity, scalability, operational excellence, and customer experience.
