Job Description: Broadcom is seeking a seasoned, strategic Senior Product Manager to drive the product lifecycle and GTM execution for our industry-leading PCIe Switch product line. In this role, you will define the roadmap and ecosystem strategy for high-performance interconnects that power the next generation of data center compute engines. While deep protocol-level PCIe chip design expertise is not required, you must bring a strong, holistic understanding of modern data center server architectures—specifically AI/ML server topologies, GPU/XPU clusters, high-density server designs, and rack-scale integration. You will work closely with major hyperscalers, tier-1 OEMs, ODMs, enterprise customers, and cross-functional engineering teams to define and deliver solutions that solve the industry's toughest data center throughput, scaling, and latency challenges. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Execution: Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for Broadcom’s PCIe switch portfolio—from concept definition and business case development to product launch and sustained end-of-life management. AI & Server Market Alignment: Translate macro trends in AI workloads, accelerator clusters, high-density rack power/thermal requirements, and system-level architectures into clear, actionable hardware and software product requirements. Customer & Ecosystem Engagement: Serve as the primary technical-business interface for hyperscale cloud providers, server OEMs, and system builders. Translate customer architectural pain points into scalable chip and platform features. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with ASIC design, system engineering, firmware/software, silicon validation, and sales teams to deliver products on schedule and within targeted cost/margin parameters. Go-To-Market & Enablement: Develop pricing strategies, collateral, competitive analyses, and technical sales training to maximize product adoption across key enterprise and cloud accounts. Required Qualifications Product Management Experience: 12+ years of dedicated Product Management experience delivering complex hardware, semiconductor, or data center platform solutions. Data Center & AI Server Domain Expertise: Strong working knowledge of data center architectures, with deep understanding of AI/ML server platforms (e.g., multi-GPU topologies, host-to-accelerator connectivity), server chassis designs, backplanes, and rack-scale infrastructure. Strategic Business Acumen: Demonstrated track record of developing product roadmaps, pricing models, ROI justifications, and managing product line P&Ls. Customer-Facing Leadership: Proven success engaging directly with hyperscalers, tier-1 OEMs, or system integrators to capture requirements and win sockets. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience managing high-speed interconnects, fabrics, or board/system-level server hardware. Familiarity with PCIe, CXL, Ethernet, or NVLink system topologies from an architectural/use-case perspective (deep ASIC/protocol logic design experience is not required). Master’s degree in Engineering or an MBA. Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is USD 137,500.00 To USD 220,000.00 As a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth. All subject to relevant plan documents and award agreements. Broadcom offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package: Medical, dental and vision plans, 401(K) participation including company matching, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), company paid holidays, paid sick leave and vacation time. The company follows all applicable laws for Paid Family Leave and other leaves of absence. Broadcom is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
