Your work days are brighter here. We’re obsessed with making hard work pay off, for our people, our customers, and the world around us. As a Fortune 500 company and a leading AI platform for managing people, money, and agents, we’re shaping the future of work so teams can reach their potential and focus on what matters most. The minute you join, you’ll feel it. Not just in the products we build, but in how we show up for each other. Our culture is rooted in integrity, empathy, and shared enthusiasm. We’re in this together, tackling big challenges with bold ideas and genuine care. We look for curious minds and courageous collaborators who bring sun-drenched optimism and drive. Whether you're building smarter solutions, supporting customers, or creating a space where everyone belongs, you’ll do meaningful work with Workmates who’ve got your back. In return, we’ll give you the trust to take risks, the tools to grow, the skills to develop and the support of a company invested in you for the long haul. So, if you want to inspire a brighter work day for everyone, including yourself, you’ve found a match in Workday, and we hope to be a match for you too. About the Team The Partner AI Experience team is Workday’s dedicated investment in accelerating our most strategic GSI and Ecosystem partnerships. Working alongside the Global Partner Organization (GPO), this team serves as the technical, functional, and quantitative experts, providing the enablement infrastructure, product intelligence, and go-to-market support that allows our partners to build and sell Workday AI with confidence and speed. Each pod is aligned to a single strategic GSI or Ecosystem Motion and staffed with specialists across the oCIO, oCHRO, and oCFO domains, along with a dedicated Business Value Architect. The pod works across the partner’s solution consulting teams, architects, offering leaders, and value desks to ensure the partner’s Workday practice is equipped, differentiated, and positioned to grow. About the Role As a Senior or Principal Partner AI Advisor (oCHRO) at the Solution Consultant level, you are a key functional expert within your pod for Workday’s Human Capital Management suite and its agentic AI capabilities. You help ensure the partner’s HCM-aligned teams — solution consultants, offering developers, and practice leads — have the depth of knowledge they need to position, demo, and build Workday-led HR and workforce AI solutions with confidence. Your work influences how the partner’s HCM practice thinks about and sells Workday, so that when talent, workforce, and HR transformation decisions are being made at clients, Workday’s capabilities are already part of the conversation. You will build expertise in Workday’s HCM roadmap and agentic AI capabilities, translate them into outcome-driven narratives, and support partners in articulating Workday’s differentiation when customers are evaluating platforms. This role aligns to the Solution Consultant job skills and core skills, with emphasis on functional domain knowledge, presales excellence, communication, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Functional Practice Readiness Develop strong expertise in Workday HCM and agentic workforce capabilities and use it to enable partner HCM solution consultants and offering teams. Support efforts to provide partners early, deep visibility into Workday’s HCM roadmap and AI capabilities — including Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll, and agentic workforce solutions — so they can confidently lead HR transformation conversations. Contribute to persona-based functional playbooks (CHRO, CPO, Head of Talent) that translate Workday’s capabilities into outcome-driven narratives partners can take into customer conversations. Help interpret upcoming HCM releases and communicate implications for partner offerings, go-to-market positioning, and client engagements. Agentic HR & Workforce AI Help partners understand the agentic AI opportunity within HCM — where intelligent automation, AI-driven talent insights, and workforce agents create value for their clients. Partner with senior team members to articulate how agentic AI transforms organizational design and HR operating models, including what it means to manage a workforce of both people and agents. Contribute to discussions with partners on regulatory and risk considerations around HR agentic AI — such as labor implications, data privacy, algorithmic bias, and compliance — to support responsible adoption. Assist in identifying industry-specific agent libraries and high-return use cases where partners can build differentiated, partner-owned HCM solutions on Workday’s agentic platform. Competitive & Functional Positioning Help equip partner HCM teams with current competitive positioning — how Workday differentiates across the HCM landscape versus legacy platforms, point solutions, and emerging AI-native HR players. Translate Workday’s functional differentiation into clear, outcome-focused language that resonates with HR stakeholders. Share partner-developed HCM solutions and functional innovations back with Workday’s field and solution consulting teams so joint customers benefit from the partner’s IP. Support joint industry events, HR forums, and practice conferences with partners, contributing to presentations on workforce transformation and agentic AI. Act as a first line of support for partner HCM teams on functional questions and common competitive objections, collaborating with senior colleagues as needed. Demo & Functional Readiness Collaborate with Solution Architecture and Solution Consulting to help ensure partner demo environments reflect current Workday functionality and product depth in HCM. Help bring partner-built HCM solutions and demo scenarios back to the Solution Architecture team so Workday’s field can demo partner-delivered HR solutions seamlessly. About You Basic Qualifications Principal Partner Solution Consultant 7+ years of HCM domain expertise spanning Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll, or employee experience at Workday or a comparable enterprise HCM or consulting organization. 5+ years in a presales, solution consulting, advisory or implementation role for enterprise HCM software, with demonstrated impact in complex or strategic opportunities. Senior Partner Solution Consultant 5+ years of HCM domain expertise spanning Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll, or employee experience at Workday or a comparable enterprise HCM or consulting organization. 3+ years in a presales, solution consulting, advisory or implementation role for enterprise HCM software, with demonstrated impact in complex or strategic opportunities. Other Qualifications Experience working with or within Global System Integrators, large SIs, or strategic technology partners, either from the vendor side or from within a GSI or consulting practice. Ability to engage credibly with HCM stakeholders (e.g., HR managers, solution leads, and practice teams) as a functional peer and trusted partner. Working knowledge of Workday’s HCM suite or equivalent enterprise HCM platform, with strong motivation and ability to ramp quickly on Workday and agentic AI capabilities. Understanding of the HCM competitive landscape and interest in deepening this knowledge, including how Workday’s connected data model creates differentiation. Experience contributing to functional playbooks, persona-based narratives, or solution positioning, or strong aptitude to grow into this area. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex HCM and AI concepts in clear, outcome-oriented terms. Collaborative working style with demonstrated ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams such as GPO, Product & Technology, Forward Deployed, Solution Architecture, and Solution Consulting.
