Position Overview: Join our Central Analytics team to build high-quality data marts, tools, and AI-powered workflows that shape player experience and drive game growth. You'll work alongside talented and experienced Analytics Engineers, partnering closely with game and marketing analysts to deliver solutions that make a real difference, all using a modern, cutting-edge technical stack. To truly make an impact, you'll need to learn quickly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate closely within the team and with the stakeholders. What You’ll Take On: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support, experimentation, and model feature engineering across large-scale player datasets. Design, build, and maintain cross-game data marts, providing clean and transformed data ready for Analysts to use. Develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable code, tools, and frameworks that can be adopted across different game teams. Partner with game analytics teams to co-design, build, and maintain data tools and products used across multiple applications. Build and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines to support the day to day Analysts tasks. Share knowledge across the team by educating game analysts on coding and software engineering best practices. What You Bring: A bachelor degree in a quantitative field (e.g Engineering, Computer Science, Maths, Statistics or Physics). Advanced SQL skills, including experience with CTEs, query optimization, and large-scale data warehouses. Advanced experience building and maintaining data pipelines in production environments, using tools such as Airflow, Docker, S3, and CI/CD workflows. Advanced experience in Python for developing production-level data analytics solutions. Basic to intermediate experience integrating LLMs or working with generative AI tools and workflows. A collaborative team player who builds trust, communicates openly, and contributes to shared success. A fast learner who is proactive and comfortable working with ambiguity. Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and high-quality outcomes. Pragmatic, with the ability to balance short-term delivery needs with long-term technical quality. Nice-to-haves: Experience creating and maintaining dashboards in Tableau or a similar BI tool. Background in the Mobile Gaming industry. Background in Marketing Analytics. <
