Members of the Finance organization at select locations will generally be expected to follow a hybrid work model, which includes two days of in-office attendance each week. The Role The Finance Analyst is an essential member of the finance team, responsible for providing analytical support and operational execution to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes. This individual contributor role focuses on data integrity, routine reporting, and supporting the broader finance team in day-to-day deal reviews and documentation maintenance. What You'll Do Data Gathering & Integrity: Collect and aggregate financial data from various internal systems to ensure accuracy for management reporting. Basic Reporting: Prepare and distribute recurring daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to support informed decision-making. Deal Review Support: Assist senior team members by performing preliminary financial analysis and verifying documentation for incoming deal reviews. Operational Documentation: Maintain and update financial process documentation, ensuring that records are organized, accessible, and compliant with internal standards. System Maintenance: Perform routine data entry and validation within our ERP systems to support accurate financial tracking. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a point of contact for routine financial inquiries from internal stakeholders, escalating complex issues as needed. Minimum Qualifications Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in a finance, accounting, or analytical role. Technical Proficiency: Foundational proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization) and hands-on experience working with ERP systems. Analytical Support: Demonstrated ability to interpret financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide reliable support for team projects. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and concisely. Attention to Detail: Proven track record of managing high-volume tasks with a high degree of accuracy and minimal errors. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Why Cisco?
