The Mars team is responsible for bringing Meraki Dashboard features to the Cisco Catalyst family . Your Impact: As part of the Team, you would define, develop, validate and automate the features that help the customer to manage their networks. As a team member you will understand the functionality, how it can be presented to the customer in a meaningful and efficient manner and implement it. As part of this, the engineer is encouraged to collaborate with various teams including PM, cross functional teams and TMEs. Expected to design and implement the features defined on time with quality. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelors + 2 years of related experience OR Masters + 0 years of related experience. Experience/Proficiency in either one of Python, Ruby on rails, or Go Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Experience mentoring and guiding team members on code quality and system design Exposure to using LLMs and AI agents for coding Experience with Containerization and devops techniques to deploy the solutions to Kubernetes/Cloud Networking experience Proven track record of building quality code while serving customer needs Why Cisco?
