In this role, you will seamlessly blend legal advisory with a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and regulatory compliance across Poland and 10 export markets. We are looking for an expert who will become a trusted partner to our business teams - combining a deep knowledge of the law with a pragmatic understanding of market realities and a strong solution-oriented mindset. The Opportunity: Legal Area: Strategic Legal Advisory: Provide comprehensive legal counsel to internal business units. Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with business partners and vendors. Regulatory & Legal Compliance: Ensure all company operations comply with Polish and EU law, with a strong focus on public procurement, labor law, competition law, and anti-corruption regulations. External Collaboration: Oversee and coordinate cooperation with external law firms. Compliance Area: Policies & Procedures: Implement and update internal policies and procedures (SOPs) in line with the Roche Group Code of Conduct, local regulations, and industry codes. Training & Development: Design and deliver engaging, practical compliance training sessions. Investigations & Remediation: Support internal investigations and implement corrective actions in response to reported compliance breaches. Ethics Culture: Actively promote a culture of openness, accountability, and the highest ethical standards (speak-up culture). Who You Are: Master’s Degree in Law. Full qualification as an Attorney-at-Law (Radca Prawny) or Advocate (Adwokat) in Poland would be a distinct advantage. At least 5 years of professional experience in legal and compliance functions (either in-house or at a law firm). Prior experience in the medical devices, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sector is a strong advantage. Fluent command of spoken and written English, comfortable working in an international environment. Proactive approach, excellent interpersonal skills, exceptional professional etiquette, and a true business-partner mindset.
