Extensive experience in evaluating and negotiating complex electronic content agreements with data providers. Solid understanding of data management concepts, AI-ready data products, and compliance regarding published STM content (especially navigating AI-rights). Fluent in business English (written and verbal). Ability to connect the dots between legal constraints, technical requirements (Data Engineering), and business needs. Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills with a talent for finding workable compromises between publishers and internal stakeholders. A continuous learning mindset with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing legal and technological landscape. Advanced organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
