The Finance Enterprise Partner serves as a strategic co-pilot to commercial and executive leadership, driving business growth, operating efficiency, and long-term value creation. Combining deep financial expertise with strong strategic acumen, this role acts as the bridge between financial execution and strategic decision-making. The Finance Enterprise Partner oversees end-to-end commercial financial management, acts as the primary financial steward for sales performance, P&L, and balance sheet integrity, and leads systemic process improvements across financial and commercial operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Business Partnering & Value CreationAct as a trusted financial advisor to executive leaders, sales leadership, and cross-functional teams to influence strategic direction and optimize commercial outcomes. Drive initiative-level and enterprise-wide value creation by delivering forward-looking insights, evaluating investment opportunities, and identifying margin expansion levers. Guide commercial deal structuring, customer profitability analyses, pricing strategy evaluations, and contract negotiations to maximize returns. 2. Financial Stewardship (Sales, P&L, & Balance Sheet)Maintain full end-to-end stewardship of financial performance across sales metrics, target achievement, P&L execution, and balance sheet health. Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking across revenue channels, ensuring strict governance and variance management. Oversee balance sheet discipline including trade spend management, working capital optimization, accounts receivable health, and risk mitigation strategies. 3. Process Optimization & Continuous ImprovementContinuously evaluate commercial and financial operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and bottlenecks. Design and implement best-in-class financial and commercial processes to streamline forecasting, commercial approvals, and reporting cadence. Champion governance frameworks that balance business agility with risk control and compliance. 4. Team Leadership & Talent DevelopmentLead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of financial analysts and partners, fostering a culture of high engagement and operational excellence. Set strategic goals, conduct performance reviews, and build robust capability development plans for direct reports. Core Competencies & Skills Financial Mastery Deep understanding and application of advanced financial concepts, P&L management, balance sheet dynamics, cash flow optimization, and valuation techniques. Communication & Influencing Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial insights to non-financial executives and negotiate aligned strategic outcomes. Data & Tech Savviness Proficiency with advanced analytics, modern ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and financial planning software to automate reporting and generate actionable insights. Leadership & Management Demonstrated capability as an inspiring people leader with a track record of coaching team members, driving cross-functional collaboration, and leading through change. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required. MBA, CPA, CFA, or CMA preferred. Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, commercial finance, or business partnering roles within a matrixed corporate environment. Leadership Experience: Minimum 2+ years of direct people management experience. Systems & Tools: Demonstrated experience utilizing enterprise financial planning platforms, data analytics, and modeling capabilities. Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
