Job Title SME Growth Manager SME Growth Manager About the role At AIB Merchant Services, now part of Fiserv, we help SME customers accept payments in-store, online, in-app and on the go. Our solutions help merchants grow by making payments simpler. We are looking for an SME Growth Manager to join our SME team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of SME customers, focusing on growth, account expansion and retention. You will identify the right solutions for customers, strengthen relationships and help grow account revenue. What you will do Manage a pipeline of opportunities to upgrade existing solutions and sell additional payment products and services Drive account growth through upselling and expansion activity Support customer retention by ensuring customers are fully using available solutions Take ownership of account revenue and manage rate reviews to support retention and margin goals Provide regular updates on KPIs, team initiatives, risks and delivery progress Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM and customer success platforms Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer queries quickly and effectively Help customers understand pricing, billing and other complex processes clearly and confidently What you will need to have Experience in customer success, retention or direct sales in an SME or B2B environment Strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets Good numerical and analytical skills, with confidence using data to manage performance and opportunities Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Experience using CRM systems to manage customer accounts and interactions Strong communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, organised and customer-focused approach What would be great to have Experience in payments, telecoms or SaaS Full clean driving licence and own transport Why join us This is a great opportunity to join a business focused on helping SME customers grow through digital payments.
